Dr. Sanju Tiwari is a Professor of Sharda University Greater Noida, India. She is a former recipient of DAAD Post-Doc-Net AI Fellow of Germany for 2021 and visited different German Universities (Leibniz University Hannover, Leipzig University, Lubeck University, and Luephana University Luneburg) in June 2022 under this DAAD fellowship. She has worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Ontology Engineering Group, Universidad Politecnica De Madrid, Spain in 2019. She is associated as a chair of the user board member of the ORKG Grant Program at TIB Hannover, Germany. She is a Mentor of Google Summer of Code at DBpedia and a member of InfAI, Leipzig University, Germany, and initiated a project on 'DBpedia Chapter in Hindi'. She is also appointed as a Ph.D. Co-Supervisor at Rai University, Gujarat, India, and Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune. Prior to this, she worked as a Research Associate for a sponsored research project 'Intelligent Real-time Situation Awareness and Decision Support System for Indian Defence' funded by DRDO, New Delhi, India at NIT Kurukshetra. Her current research interests include Ontology Engineering, Knowledge Graphs, Linked Data, and Artificial Intelligence. She has published over 100 research papers and 8 Scopus indexed books. She also co-authored a book on 'Generative AI: Techniques, Models & Applications'. She is working as a General Chair in reputed conferences (KGSWC, EGETC, AI4S), and Program Chair, Workshop Chair, Publicity Chair, Steering Committee, and PC Member in different renowned International Conferences (SEMANTiCS, ESWC, CIKM, AICCSA, JOWO, BiDEDE@ACM SIGMOD, VLIoT@VLDB, SIMBIG, ICSC). She is working as a Guest Editor for SCI/Scopus journals (MTAP Springer, TEL Emerald, IJWIS Emerald). She has visited 9 countries for conducting various research activities. In April 2024, she was invited to present 'Digital Twins Landscape in India: Current Status and Future Prospects' in an International Conference on Building Digital Twins at Barcelona, Spain. She was also invited by Vienna University in June 2024 to deliver a talk on 'Harnessing the Power of Large Language Models: An Overview' in Austria. She has taken many guest lectures in various International Universities such as Birmingham City University, UK, and Universidad Alcala de Hanares, Spain. She is a speaker of IEEE/IETE N2Women and Women’s Empowerment and NiWIIT (Nigerian Women in Information Technology). She is a speaker of All India Radio and Panama Radio.
